Hemp Smoothie Bowl
This bowl is a BIG green hit of nutrients!! During the week, I normally have a green smoothie for breakfast. On the weekends when things aren't so rushed, I will often whip up a smoothie bowl. There are so many different varieties you can make but today I felt like a big hit of green.
This bowl will flood your body with amino acids (protein), essential fats, antioxidants, fibre, iron, zinc, carotene, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin B9, vitamin D, vitamin E, chlorophyll, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, potassium, zinc and so much more!!
Just think, in under 5 minutes you could have a bowl of super nutrition ready for you to chow down!
Ingredients
Smoothie:
2 frozen bananas
3/4 cup coconut milk
3 tbsp hemp protein
1 tsp chlorella
2 medjool dates
1/2 tsp maca
Topping:
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp goji berries
Method
Add all ingredients to blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into bowl, add toppings and enjoy!
