Service Description
A focused, 20-minute session designed for quick, personalised guidance when your animal is facing an immediate but non-urgent health concern. This consult is ideal for short-term issues such as digestive upsets, skin irritations, or minor infections, as well as simple questions that don’t require a full program or in-depth case review. Includes: • Focused 20-minute consult with Ruth • Recording of the consult • Email summarising Ruth’s recommendations During the session, Ruth will review your animal’s symptoms, behaviour, and overall presentation, then provide tailored recommendations to ease discomfort and support short-term healing. This consult can also be used for: • Supplement adjustments if you’re an existing client and need quick modifications • Targeted nutritional or supplement advice for your animal’s current needs • Follow-up questions or clarification on previous recommendations Please note: Express Wellness Consults are not suitable for chronic (long-term) or complex health issues, which require a more comprehensive assessment and ongoing support. If your animal has a chronic or complex condition, Ruth recommends booking a Holistic Wellness Consult or one of her Holistic Programs. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, Ruth offers a complimentary initial chat to guide you.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is appreciated. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of your advance payment will be retained and the remaining 50% refunded. If you paid a deposit only, 100% of the deposit will be retained. This is to honour the time that Ruth has set aside for you and your animal, that is not able to be booked by another client, plus any time Ruth has spent in preparing for your session. Should an amount be refunded, that amount will exclude any applicable card / PayPal transaction fees (up to 3.5%). Thank you for your understanding.

In addition to her 1:1 consults and energy work, Ruth mentors holistic practitioners and partners with pet businesses to formulate natural foods and supplements that honour true animal wellness.
