Service Description
Understand your animal more deeply — and feel more confident about how to support them. You know your animal better than anyone. But sometimes, even with all the love and care you give them, you're left with questions. Perhaps you're unsure how best to support their wellbeing, or you sense there's something deeper in your connection that you'd love to understand. This consultation brings together professional expertise, intuitive insight and personalised guidance to help you find greater clarity, confidence and connection. Choose one area of focus: • Animal Health & Wellbeing: Nutrition, physical health, natural therapies and everyday wellbeing. • Animal–Guardian Connection: Your relationship, emotional and energetic connection, intuition, dreams and the deeper dimensions of your bond. Each consultation focuses on one area only. To explore both, you can book separate consultations or consider a more comprehensive program. What's included: • Personalised assessment: Ruth reviews your questionnaire and relevant background information, based on your chosen focus. • 30-minute Connection Call: An opportunity to explore your priorities, clarify important details and discuss what matters most to you and your animal. A recording and transcript are provided afterwards. • Written plan: Within 7 business days of your call, you'll receive personalised insights, recommendations and practical guidance relating to the topics discussed, helping you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Delivery is subject to receiving all necessary information. • Ongoing support: 7 days of email support following delivery of your plan, for questions about putting your guidance into practice. The consultation involves approximately three hours of personalised assessment and planning, including your Connection Call. Optional: Animal–Guardian Relationship Astrology Assessment — $150 Explore what makes your relationship unique through a personalised written astrology assessment, revealing symbolic themes and dynamics that may offer fresh insights into your connection. Available only as an add-on to this consult or one of Ruth's holistic programs. *Is this the right starting point?* Ideal for less complex health concerns or exploring your connection with your animal. For comprehensive health support, detailed dietary planning or ongoing guidance, explore Holistic Foundations or the Holistic Healing Journey.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that all consult bookings are non-refundable. I value the commitment I make to your animal, and I ask that you honour your commitment to them as well. Healing is a journey, and consistency is key to supporting meaningful change. Because I only take on a limited number of clients each week, your booking secures a dedicated place that could otherwise have been offered to another animal. Each consult and following support is deeply personalised, with significant time, energy, and thorough preparation for each consult — including reviewing history, researching, and tailoring protocols — going into creating your animal’s customised wellbeing plan and staged protocols. In addition, these programs include ongoing support to guide you through each stage of your animal’s healing, helping you implement changes step by step and stay on track to achieve results. For this reason, consult fees are non-refundable once your booking has been made, even if you choose not to complete the consult. If you are no longer able to proceed with the consult: • You may transfer your place to another caregiver/animal if appropriate (please discuss with me first to ensure suitability). • You may reschedule your initial consult provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Preparation is undertaken ahead of each consult (including the initial), so late changes or missed sessions impact the time and energy I’ve already invested, and also affect how I plan my schedule around supporting other animals. With appropriate notice, I’m very happy to reschedule to support your animal’s journey. If for any reason I need to cancel a consult, we will reschedule at a time that suits you, or apply the session credit to your file. I know life with animals (and humans!) can be unpredictable. If something arises, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work together in the best interest of your animal’s wellbeing.

Ruth Hatten is an Animal Relationship Coach, Animal Naturopath, Pet Nutritionist and Energy Healer. She helps animal guardians feel informed, confident and supported in caring for their animal’s physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing—and nurturing the relationship they share.
With over a decade of experience, Ruth brings together nutrition, natural therapies and energetic practices, considering each animal’s individual needs, home environment and connection with their people. Her work combines research-informed guidance, intuitive insight and deep respect for the human–animal bond.
Alongside consultations, programs and energy healing, Ruth mentors holistic practitioners and works with pet businesses to develop natural foods and supplements.
