Follow Up Consult - Program

Service Description
For clients who have had a single wellness consult or purchased a one month or three month wellness program. A follow up consult is recommended approximately four to six weeks after you have put in place my recommendations as part of one of my wellness programs. This allows me to check in with you to see how your cat/dog is doing and to provide additional support and suggestions for continuing treatment. Inclusions: ~ 30-45 minute consult ~ Updated wellness plan if necessary or email notes from consult
Cancellation Policy
Please note, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is appreciated. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of your advance payment will be retained and the remaining 50% refunded. If you paid a deposit only, 100% of the deposit will be retained. This is to honour the time that Ruth has set aside for you and your animal, that is not able to be booked by another client, plus any time Ruth has spent in preparing for your session. Should an amount be refunded, that amount will exclude any applicable card / PayPal transaction fees (up to 3.5%). Thank you for your understanding.
