Service Description
A comprehensive three-month journey designed for animals experiencing chronic or multiple health issues. Over this time, you and your animal companion will be supported with evolving care, layered healing strategies, and ongoing guidance — so you never feel alone in navigating their wellbeing. This program combines nutrition, naturopathy, and energetic support into a complete roadmap. Each month, your animal’s progress is reviewed and a new 4-week phased plan is provided, so you always have a clear next step to follow. What’s Included: • Holistic Health Questionnaire — covering behaviour, lifestyle, diet, environment, and medical history. • 90-minute initial online consult with Ruth to explore your animal’s health concerns, history, and healing goals. • Customised & In-Depth Holistic Wellbeing Plan — covering diet, supplements, detox, lifestyle, and energetic support practices, tailored specifically for your animal. • Three consecutive 4-Week Phased Support Plans — evolving protocols updated monthly, ensuring each stage of healing is guided and responsive. • Symptom Tracking Tables for each phase, helping you log digestion, skin, energy, and emotional patterns so adjustments are precise and effective. • 2 x 30–45 minute online follow-up consults to review progress and refine recommendations. • The Real Food Diet for Dogs or Cats eBook (valued at $49) — your guide to species-appropriate feeding and making dietary changes with confidence. • 15% discount on Bespoke Herbal Elixirs. • Detox remedy (valued at $33). • Three months of ongoing support via email or Telegram (voice/text) or email, so you feel guided throughout the journey. • Modifications to the wellbeing plan as needed. • 50% off for an additional animal of the same species (book separately using code BW50). Optional Energy Upgrade ✨ Add the Remote Energy Healing Pack (180 minutes of energy healing) for an additional $235 (saving $50). This can be used flexibly — for example, a 75-minute session for you and your animal together, plus a 45-minute and a 30-minute session for your animal. Total program cost including the Energy Upgrade is $1035. Flexible Payment Plans Payment plans are available (10% surcharge applies for admin costs). Cancellation Policy
Please note that all program bookings are non-refundable. I value the commitment I make to your animal, and I ask that you honour your commitment to them as well. Healing is a journey, and consistency is key to supporting meaningful change. Because I only take on two new program clients each week, your booking secures a dedicated place that could otherwise have been offered to another animal. Each program is deeply personalised, with significant time, energy, and thorough preparation for each consult — including reviewing history, researching, and tailoring protocols — going into creating your animal’s customised wellbeing plan and staged protocols. In addition, these programs include ongoing support to guide you through each stage of your animal’s healing, helping you implement changes step by step and stay on track to achieve results. For this reason, program fees are non-refundable once your booking has been made, even if you choose not to complete the program. If you are no longer able to proceed with the program: • You may transfer your place to another caregiver/animal if appropriate (please discuss with me first to ensure suitability). • You may request to pause your program if unexpected circumstances arise. The length of any pause and the date of resumption will be at my discretion and confirmed in writing. • You may reschedule your initial consult provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Preparation is undertaken ahead of each consult (including the initial), so late changes or missed sessions impact the time and energy I’ve already invested, and also affect how I plan my schedule around supporting other animals. With appropriate notice, I’m very happy to reschedule to support your animal’s journey. If for any reason I need to cancel a consult, we will reschedule at a time that suits you, or apply the session credit to your program. I know life with animals (and humans!) can be unpredictable. If something arises, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work together in the best interest of your animal’s wellbeing.
