Service Description
Healing isn't something we rush. It's something we gently support, one thoughtful step at a time. When an animal has been living with chronic illness or multiple health concerns, meaningful healing rarely happens in a matter of weeks. As the body responds, priorities shift, new insights emerge, and recommendations naturally evolve. That's why this program provides three months of personalised guidance, allowing your animal's care to evolve alongside their healing. Together, we'll explore every aspect of your animal's health and wellbeing, looking beyond individual symptoms to uncover the patterns that may be contributing to illness. We'll consider not only what's happening within their body, but also the life they live each day, because health doesn't exist in isolation. This is a three-month partnership, giving you the reassurance of ongoing guidance as your animal's health story continues to unfold. During our time together, you'll receive: • A comprehensive 90-minute online consult where we'll explore your animal's health history, current concerns, diet, lifestyle, home environment, emotional wellbeing and veterinary history. • Your Animal's Signature Holistic Wellbeing Plan - a comprehensive, personalised roadmap that brings together your animal's health story, identifies the priorities for healing, and explains the reasoning behind every recommendation. • Three Personalised 4-Week Phased Support Plans - updated monthly to reflect your animal's progress and evolving needs. • Your Animal's Symptom Tracking Table to monitor progress throughout the program. • Two online follow-up consultations (30–45 minutes). • Three months of ongoing support via email or Telegram (voice or text). • The Real Food Diet for Dogs or The Real Food Diet for Cats eBook (valued at $49). • Low Tox Pets Handbook (valued at $49). • Guide to Natural Parasite Prevention and Natural Parasite Prevention Masterclass (bundle valued at $29). • A detox remedy (valued at $33). • 15% discount on Bespoke Herbal Elixirs throughout the program. • 50% off the program for an additional animal of the same species (use code BW50). • Optional Energy Healing Upgrade: Add the Sacred Healing Journey (180 minutes of remote energy healing) for $283 (save $50). By the end of the program, you'll have a richer understanding of your animal's health, the confidence to make informed decisions, and the reassurance of knowing you've given healing the time, thought and personalised care it deserves.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that all program bookings are non-refundable. I value the commitment I make to your animal, and I ask that you honour your commitment to them as well. Healing is a journey, and consistency is key to supporting meaningful change. Because I only take on two new program clients each week, your booking secures a dedicated place that could otherwise have been offered to another animal. Each program is deeply personalised, with significant time, energy, and thorough preparation for each consult — including reviewing history, researching, and tailoring protocols — going into creating your animal’s customised wellbeing plan and staged protocols. In addition, these programs include ongoing support to guide you through each stage of your animal’s healing, helping you implement changes step by step and stay on track to achieve results. For this reason, program fees are non-refundable once your booking has been made, even if you choose not to complete the program. If you are no longer able to proceed with the program: • You may transfer your place to another caregiver/animal if appropriate (please discuss with me first to ensure suitability). • You may request to pause your program if unexpected circumstances arise. The length of any pause and the date of resumption will be at my discretion and confirmed in writing. • You may reschedule your initial consult provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Preparation is undertaken ahead of each consult (including the initial), so late changes or missed sessions impact the time and energy I’ve already invested, and also affect how I plan my schedule around supporting other animals. With appropriate notice, I’m very happy to reschedule to support your animal’s journey. If for any reason I need to cancel a consult, we will reschedule at a time that suits you, or apply the session credit to your program. I know life with animals (and humans!) can be unpredictable. If something arises, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work together in the best interest of your animal’s wellbeing.
