Your membership includes this 30 minute Holistic Wellness Consult with pet nutritionist and animal naturopath Ruth Hatten! Inclusions: > review of holistic health questionnaire / vet records etc > 30 minute online video consult (via Zoom) > recording of the consult > detailed email summarising Ruth’s recommendations coming out of the consult

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is appreciated. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of your advance payment will be retained and the remaining 50% refunded. If you paid a deposit only, 100% of the deposit will be retained. This is to honour the time that Ruth has set aside for you and your animal, that is not able to be booked by another client, plus any time Ruth has spent in preparing for your session. Should an amount be refunded, that amount will exclude any applicable card / PayPal transaction fees (up to 3.5%). Thank you for your understanding.
