Service Description
For clients who've completed a wellness program and would like ongoing support. Choose from one fortnight to three months, and in between. Unlimited email / voice note support. Choose from the following plans: 2 weeks $100 1 month $150 2 months $250 3 months $350 After clicking the Book Now button, select a date that you would like the support to commence and click Next. You will then be asked to complete your client details and at the bottom of that page is where you can select the duration of support you would like.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is appreciated. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of your advance payment will be retained and the remaining 50% refunded. If you paid a deposit only, 100% of the deposit will be retained. This is to honour the time that Ruth has set aside for you and your animal, that is not able to be booked by another client, plus any time Ruth has spent in preparing for your session. Should an amount be refunded, that amount will exclude any applicable card / PayPal transaction fees (up to 3.5%). Thank you for your understanding.
