Cancellation Policy

Please note that all consult bookings are non-refundable. I value the commitment I make to your animal, and I ask that you honour your commitment to them as well. Healing is a journey, and consistency is key to supporting meaningful change. Because I only take on a limited number of clients each week, your booking secures a dedicated place that could otherwise have been offered to another animal. Each consult and following support is deeply personalised, with significant time, energy, and thorough preparation for each consult — including reviewing history, researching, and tailoring protocols — going into creating your animal’s customised wellbeing plan and staged protocols. In addition, these programs include ongoing support to guide you through each stage of your animal’s healing, helping you implement changes step by step and stay on track to achieve results. For this reason, consult fees are non-refundable once your booking has been made, even if you choose not to complete the consult. If you are no longer able to proceed with the consult: • You may transfer your place to another caregiver/animal if appropriate (please discuss with me first to ensure suitability). • You may reschedule your initial consult provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Preparation is undertaken ahead of each consult (including the initial), so late changes or missed sessions impact the time and energy I’ve already invested, and also affect how I plan my schedule around supporting other animals. With appropriate notice, I’m very happy to reschedule to support your animal’s journey. If for any reason I need to cancel a consult, we will reschedule at a time that suits you, or apply the session credit to your file. I know life with animals (and humans!) can be unpredictable. If something arises, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work together in the best interest of your animal’s wellbeing.
