Service Description
Got some ideas for dog/cat food, supplements or other products? In this session, we'll discuss your ideas and I'll give you my feedback and recommendations. We will also discuss ways that you can receive further support to bring your ideas to fruition. Price includes the review of any recipes / concepts prior to the session.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is appreciated. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of your advance payment will be retained and the remaining 30% refunded. If you paid a deposit only, 100% of the deposit will be retained. This is to honour the time that Ruth has set aside for you and your animal, that is not able to be booked by another client, plus any time Ruth has spent in preparing for your session. Should an amount be refunded, that amount will exclude any applicable card / PayPal transaction fees (up to 3.5%). Thank you for your understanding.
