Service Description
A 60-minute consultation designed for pet parents who have questions about their animal’s care but don’t need the level of ongoing support a program provides. Includes: • Review of holistic health questionnaire, vet records, and other relevant information • 60-minute consult with Ruth • Recording of the consult • Detailed email summarising Ruth’s recommendations This consult is suitable if you’d like personalised, professional guidance on your animal’s health and wellbeing, with practical recommendations you can begin implementing straight away. For more complex or long-term conditions that require in-depth support and follow-up, Ruth recommends one of her Holistic Programs, which provide a more comprehensive approach to your animal’s health.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is appreciated. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of your advance payment will be retained and the remaining 50% refunded. If you paid a deposit only, 100% of the deposit will be retained. This is to honour the time that Ruth has set aside for you and your animal, that is not able to be booked by another client, plus any time Ruth has spent in preparing for your session. Should an amount be refunded, that amount will exclude any applicable card / PayPal transaction fees (up to 3.5%). Thank you for your understanding.
