A blend of whole foods with prebiotic and other benefits for digestive support.

Contains a blend of wildcrafted medicinal mushrooms, organic dandelion leaf, organic chicory root, organic coriander seed powder, organic ginger root and organic sprouted quinoa. Absolutely no other ingredients. All natural. Infused with Healing Energies.

Medicinal mushrooms - a blend of mushrooms with prebiotic fibres (beta-glucans), which stimulate the growth of gut microbiota, supporting digestive health. Medicinal mushrooms also provide bio-active compounds with immunomodulatory, cardiovascular, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, antioxidant and antimicrobial benefits.

Dandelion leaf - a natural source of inulin and fructooligosaccharides (FOS), prebiotic fibres that enhances the gut’s production of friendly bacteria including bifidobacteria. Boosting bifidobacteria helps to reduce potentially damaging bacteria, enhance bowel movements and boost immune function. Dandelion also strengthens the liver and gall bladder, in turn helping to improve digestion and aid the removal of systemic waste.

Chicory root - another natural source of the prebiotic fibres, inulin and FOS.

Coriander seed powder - acts as an antimicrobial against pathogenic gut bacteria, also helps with eliminating heavy metals.

Ginger root - behaves like a prebiotic because it increases the growth of beneficial Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium species. Ginger also helps with digestive transit and has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial benefits.

Triphala - an Ayurvedic three fruit formula (Amalaki, Bibhitaki and Haritaki) that is considered beneficial for maintaining healthy digestion, supporting natural cleansing of the body, helping to support regular, healthy elimination and relieve occasional constipation, enhancing digestion and absorption, supporting a healthy gut microbiome, supporting a healthy inflammatory response, amongst other things. Regarded as the 'nectar of life'.

Dosage - 1/4 tsp per 5kgs body weight, daily with meals.
