Online Follow Up Consult
Service Description
A follow up consult is recommended approximately four to six weeks after you have put in place my recommendations as part of one of my wellness programs. This allows me to check in with you to see how your cat/dog is doing and to provide additional support and suggestions for continuing support. This service is also available for you if who have completed a wellness program and you would like additional support. PLEASE NOTE: If it has been longer than 12 months since we last had a consult, please book a wellness consult instead. Inclusions: ~ 30-45 minute consult ~ Updated wellness plan
Cancellation Policy
Please note, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is appreciated. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of your advance payment will be retained and the remaining 50% refunded. If you paid a deposit only, 100% of the deposit will be retained. This is to honour the time that Ruth has set aside for you and your animal, that is not able to be booked by another client, plus any time Ruth has spent in preparing for your session. Should an amount be refunded, that amount will exclude any applicable card / PayPal transaction fees (up to 3.5%). Thank you for your understanding.
