Every month, Ruth randomly selects an applicant to receive a free diet review. She will review your pet's diet and give you recommendations on how to improve the diet for optimal health.

To apply:

1. Complete the form on the right.

2. Include as much detail as you can on the foods you're feeding eg type (dried, canned, homemade), brand of food, name of food, if homemade - the foods you feed eg meats, vegetables etc, and the quantities/ratios).

Terms:

1. Offer only available for entrants who haven't previously received a free diet review.

2. You can enter multiple months, as long as you haven't previously received a free diet review.

3. The review is limited to one review in video format only, which will be delivered to you to the email address you provide in the form. Please make sure to save ruth@ruthhatten.com in your safe senders list or contacts so that you don't miss the email.

4. The winning entrant will be drawn on the last day of the month for the prior month's applications.

5. The winning entrant will be notified only by email. If you are not successful, you will not be notified.

6. All form fields need to be completed, with adequate detail as outlined in the application instructions above, for your entry to be eligible.
