The Brachial Chakra - Your Pet's Healing Centre
Updated: Apr 20, 2023
Did you know that your fur babe has a Brachial Chakra? You're probably thinking, "what's the brachial chakra?!". You might even be thinking, "what's a chakra?!". Keep reading to find out.
What's a chakra?
A chakra is an energy centre within the body. Both humans and animals have chakras. Humans have seven main chakras within the physical body. Animals have eight.
Chakras are like spinning discs that are mostly situated down the centre of the body. They regulate energy flow throughout the body.
When we’re healthy and feeling good, the chakras are clear and balanced and energy flows freely.
When we’re not healthy or not feeling good, the chakras can become murky and out of balance, and energy can stagnate or block. If the chakras remain out of balance, mental, emotional and physical issues can result.
There are a lot of similarities between human and animal chakras but one point of difference is the BRACHIAL chakra - animals have this chakra but we don’t.
What's the Brachial Chakra?
The Brachial Chakra is the main chakra within an animal’s body. It connects to, and activates, all other chakras. Because of this it can bring about whole body healing. For these reasons, I always start energy healings with animals at their Brachial Chakra.
The Brachial Chakra is situated in the front of and over the shoulder area. From an anatomical perspective, it's located in the area of the brachial plexus, a network of nerves in the shoulder that carries movement and sensory signals to the head, neck, chest and forelimbs.
It's black in colour and is associated with the planet Pluto (the planet of transformation and powerful influence).
Another beautiful aspect of the Brachial Chakra as that it represents the human animal bond - the relationship and the spiritual connection between us. Tuning in to your fur babe's Brachial Chakra can be a powerful way to connect with them.
